Steel basket transport

In cooperation with one of the leading companies in Poland, specialising in automation and palletisation of industry, we have developed and implemented and automated transport system for steel baskets.

The system implemented for the Client is used to transport steel baskets between processing stations. During transport, the baskets are also stacked and de-stacked according to the needs.

The transport system supports baskets sized 2650 mm x 1600 mm x 650 mm. The maximum weight with the basket amounts to 250 kg , and on some sections, baskets are transported in sets of 4 arranged in a stack. The transporting mechanism is implemented on chain conveyors and roller conveyors, and it operates with a speed of up to 12 m/min.
