The large-sheet palletisation and depalletisation system is an advanced solution used in industry to automate the processes involved in handling, loading and unloading large sheets of material. The design of the ES Gantry also allows the system to be fully integrated with the laser, by loading sheets of metal onto the laser cutting machine table. In order to make maximum use of the laser’s capabilities, the palletisation and depalletisation system for large-size sheets can be integrated with the automatic sheet storage – ES Tower, which is responsible for automatic loading and unloading of the sheets. The warehouses themselves can consist of dozens of towers operated by stacker cranes for this type of load. This increases the efficiency of the machining process, provides quick access to different types of sheet metal and allows the storage of cut-outs.
