Piotr Cieślak

Manager with over 20 years of experience in management. Before joining Europa Systems, he was the President of the Management Board of Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A., and previously held the position of Vice President of the Management Board for Operations. He gained competences in supply chain management for 18 years working with Rossmann SDP SP. z o.o., where as the Director of the Logistics Department he was responsible for creating and implementing the supply chain strategy, supervising infrastructure and IT projects, and optimizing logistics and sales processes. He is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw and the Logistics Management Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Marek Bąk

Manager with over 20 years of experience in finance, banking, and strategic management, gained both in Poland and internationally. He spent more than a decade at mBank, where he was responsible for the Group’s financial reporting, implementation of regulatory changes, and integration of risk and capital across the entire organization.

As CFO of Kabos Cosmetics and a board member at Thumos Investments and Paged Plywood, he developed a broad ownership perspective and gained valuable experience working with manufacturing, investment, and consumer-focused companies.

Currently, he serves as Head of Group Treasury at Thumos Poland, where he oversees financial strategy, liquidity management, and the capital structure of the entire group. At Europa Systems, he is responsible for managing the finance function, shaping capital strategy, and further enhancing the company’s financial efficiency.

Artur Bielan

Manager with over 15 years of experience in operations management and process transformation in international organizations. Specializes in customer service, automation, process optimization and integration of ERP, CRM and BI systems. His experience covers the following sectors: heavy industry, medical devices, intralogistics, offshore, e-commerce and manufacturing.

In recent years, he has held key management positions, including Customer Service and Data Processing Director in an international organization, where he supervised operations in 17 countries, developed customer service strategy and implemented innovative BI and automation solutions. He was also Global Service Manager at 3Shape Poland, where he managed global service operations in the USA, China, South Korea, Japan and Brazil.

His previous career includes many years of work at Kongsberg Maritime Poland, where he held managerial positions in the area of ​​technology services, operations management and quality assurance. He has extensive experience in the area of ​​launches, service and management of navigation projects.

A graduate of the University of Szczecin, where he obtained a doctorate in social sciences in the discipline of economics and finance. He also holds an MBA, as well as diplomas in management and quality and audit from the West Pomeranian University of Technology. He also completed master’s studies at the University of Szczecin in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications, specializing in telecommunications and electronic systems.
