System of conveyors with a shrink wrapping device to pack worktops

For a modern producer of furniture boards, worktops and veneer, we have produced and implemented a system of conveyors with a shrink wrapping device.

The system designed for the client is used to transport worktops on a conveyor with maximum dimensions of 5300x2000x60 mm. The cargo is collected using an automatic pneumatic manipulator. The maximum weight of one worktop is 135 kg, and the maximum weight of a set – 4000 kg. From the conveyor, the worktop is transferred to a flow wrapping machine, where it is packaged with shrink polyethylene foil, with wrapping capacity of 3 pcs./ min.
