We would like to inform you about changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of Europa Systems and Europa Systems Rzeszów.
Effective April 1 this year, Piotr Cieslak, who previously served as Member of the Management Board for Operations, has been appointed President of the Management Board of both companies.
Piotr Cieslak has more than 20 years of management experience. Prior to joining Europa Systems, he served as President of the Board of Directors of Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna S.A., and before that held the position of Vice President of Operations there. He gained competence in supply chain management over 18 years working with Rossmann SDP SP. z o.o., where, as Director of the Logistics Department, he was responsible for the creation and implementation of supply chain strategies, oversaw infrastructure and IT projects, and optimized logistics and sales processes.
