Europa Systems invests in Rzeszów

The new name that EDOCS Systems has assumed is Europa Systems Rzeszów. The company’s main products are industrial and intralogistics process control systems, copyrighted software to support real-time data recording and processing, and IT solutions to automate the management of logistics processes in e-Commerce centres (Warehouse Control System, Material Flow Control).

The merger of the companies is crucial for the Europa Systems brand to further expand its range of products and services, for building a customer-focused portfolio, and consequently strengthening the company’s position in the global market.

“In pursuing Europa Systems’ growth strategy, we have invested in significant new expertise related to information technology and control systems. The Research and Development Centre in Żabów near Szczecin is already developing cutting-edge solutions in the field of mechanics and robotics. The team from Rzeszów will strengthen our expertise with their knowledge and experience in automation and IT and complement Europa Systems’ existing product portfolio in these areas. An added value for the development of both companies will be the strengthening of cooperation with the Rzeszów University of Technology and the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, and in time its extension to other scientific and research entities,” – explains Marcin Tomkiewicz, CEO of Europa Systems.

For the EDOCS Systems team, the merger is the next step in refining both organisational and technological expertise. We are confident that full integration will help us to deliver interesting, complex projects around the world, especially in the high-growth e-Commerce, Retail and Tyre sectors, where we have been building our experience and expertise recently.  We also hope that the merger will strengthen our R&D area and will provide us with the opportunity to utilise it to a greater extent for the development of new advanced products,” – comments Tomasz Żabiński, Vice President of the Management Board of EDOCS Systems.

“Thanks to these decisions and the synergy of the products and technological solutions of both teams, we will now be able to fully implement comprehensive projects for our customers on our own and thus realise our company’s vision of being the first choice partner in the area of intralogistics solutions,” says Marcin Tomkiewicz, CEO of Europa Systems.

The plan to integrate the companies will be implemented over the next few months. It is part of Europa Systems’ growth strategy and aims to ensure the effective delivery of innovative projects, addressing the key needs of the company’s growing number of customers worldwide.
