Changes in the management board of Europa Systems Sp. z o. o. and Europa Systems Rzeszów Sp. z o. o.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Management Board of Europa Systems informs that on August 1, 2023, there will be a change in the composition of the Management Board of our companies. Mr. Marcin Tomkiewicz, after nearly 5 years of cooperation, will cease to be the president of the management board of Europa Systems and Europa Systems Rzeszów
From August 1, 2023, the work of the management boards of both companies will be led by Mr. Michał Zborowski, who has so far been active as a member of the Supervisory Board of Europa Systems, effectively supporting the company’s development and actively participating in building the strategy for 2024-2028. His extensive knowledge, experience and leadership skills will undoubtedly be an asset in achieving our business goals.
The company has recently undergone a major transformation, which resulted in a changed business model from a manufacturer to an integrator, and the extension of competences to automation, IT, robotics and e-commerce opened the way to the implementation of large-scale projects for international organizations. We are convinced that the new investments, related primarily to the improvement of work organization and the product map, will allow the company to scale its business to an even higher level and enter new markets.
As a customer-oriented organization, we assure you that the new composition of the management board is not only a continuation of the previous successes, but also a strengthening of our determination to further develop and ensure the highest quality of services.
